A Chest girth. Wrap a centimeter around the most voluminous and protruding part of the chest, half inhale and fix the volume.
B Waist circumference. Wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of the waist, measure half by inhaling. Do not retract or inflate the abdomen during the measurement.
C Thigh circumference. It is measured on the most voluminous part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
D Shoulder width. Keeping a centimeter in front of you, fix the distance from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other. You do not need to rotate your shoulders in a circle, this measure requires a "girth".
E Sleeve length. Measure the distance from the shoulder to the wrist by extending the arm in half, or keeping it straight, but in no case without bending.
G Neck girth. The base of the neck is measured directly above the clavicle.
F Leg length. Standing straight, measure the distance from the groin to the ankle.
